For Hospital Partners

A seamless experience for your families.

Lovin Comfort is a fully turnkey program. We install, manage, and maintain everything to hospital-grade standards. Your team doesn't lift a finger — and your patient families go home knowing they were cared for.

Step 01
🤝

We Partner With You

We coordinate with your facilities team to identify the right space in your waiting or family area and handle the complete installation of our smart locker units — at no cost to the hospital. No contracts with fine print. No hidden fees.

Step 02
🔐

Families Rent With a PIN

Family members scan a QR code or send a text to reserve a unit. They receive a secure, time-limited PIN and pay a small nightly fee — then access a clean, rolled portable memory foam mattress sized to fit a standard hospital couch, any time of day or night.

Step 03
🛏️

We Handle Everything Else

Restocking, sanitation, and maintenance are managed entirely by Lovin Comfort using the same infection-control protocols used inside your hospital. Our founder's EVS background means cleanliness isn't a promise — it's a professional standard we already know how to meet.

🧹

Built-In Sanitation Expertise

We don't just promise clean — we know what clean means inside a hospital.

Our founder spent years as an EVS manager inside hospital systems, overseeing the infection-control and sanitation protocols that protect patients, staff, and visitors every day. Every Lovin Comfort mattress is cleaned, inspected, and stored according to those same standards — not general consumer standards, but hospital ones. That's not a talking point. It's our background.

Our Story

Born in a hospital waiting room

Lovin Comfort started the way most real ideas do — by living the problem. When my wife was admitted to the hospital for labor and delivery, I suddenly became one of those family members: awake at 3 a.m., exhausted, grateful beyond words to be there, and with absolutely nowhere to rest.

But I wasn't just any family member sitting in that waiting room. I was someone who had spent years working inside hospital systems as an EVS manager — overseeing the very sanitation and infection-control standards that keep environments like that one safe. I understood better than most exactly what it would take to bring a clean, safe sleep solution into that space.

The solution was clear: a portable memory foam mattress sized to fit a hospital couch, stored in a smart locker, maintained to the same standards I'd spent my career enforcing. No complexity. No burden on the hospital. No compromise on cleanliness.

Lovin Comfort exists because families deserve real rest — and because we have the background to deliver it in a way hospitals can trust.
